Things to know before you coat:
- Pricing includes the cost of media blasting (sandblasting), standard preparations & your choice of an in-stock powder color. Special order for non-stock powder(s) is additional.
- Powder Coating is not recommended for soldered parts or forged aluminum wheels.
- ECPC's shop minimum is only $50., this can be a combination of parts or a single part at this rate 6% consumables fee is added to each order.
- ECPC performs media blasting (sandblasting) to remove, rust or paint. Media blasting charges are included in price list. Additional charges will apply to items requiring removal of old powder coating, have intricate detail work or are covered with multiple layers of paint.
- Frame filling & weld grinding are available, additional charges applied. Inquire at email or call 410-287-6200 for details and pricing.
- Prices are for disassembled clean (degreased) parts. Additional charges will apply for parts that are not degreased. Parts must be disassembled prior to drop off.
- Removal of Bondo type fillers will be required & replaced with our high temp filler. Additional charges will apply.
- ECPC offers over 2,500 different colors, color blends combinations and special made powders to choose from. View a sample of our color selection (not all colors are in-stock and there are more to choose from then this sampling.)
- Rush service is available at the following rates -- Additional 100% plus the total on orders $100. or less. Additional 50% plus the total on orders over $100. or more.
- A 6% fee is added to all orders to cover consumables & shop fees.
- Listed pricing is subject to change without notice.
- Powder coating prices and quotes are not a guarentee by phone or email, it is important for us to be able to see what we are working with since each piece of metal is different and may have different coatings already on them or may require additional prep work or masking.
- ECPC is not responsible for damage, theft, shipping damages or lost packages.
- Shipping charges paid for by customer.
- Unfortunately ECPC cannot offer any warranties or gaurentees, as each user is responsible for how they handle and care for their coated parts.
